We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, particularly in the sports industry, and will excel in content creation, graphic design, and video editing. The primary focus of this role is to enhance brand awareness and increase memberships through strategic social media campaigns. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of social media, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Content Creation:
* Design and produce high-quality graphics and videos tailored to various social media platforms.
Social Media Content Calendar:
* Manage and execute a comprehensive content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posts across all platforms.
Posting & Accuracy:
* Ensure all content is posted with 100% accuracy and ZERO errors.
Graphic Design & Video Editing:
* Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create visually engaging content that resonates with client’s audience.
Go High Level Management:
* Set up automations, manage memberships, and handle other tasks within the Go High Level platform.
Engagement & Community Management:
* Foster a positive community by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and encouraging interactions.
Performance Tracking:
* Monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness of social media strategies and report on progress.
Ad Hoc Tasks:
* Perform other duties as assigned to support the company’s marketing and social media objectives.
**Requirements & Qualifications:**
* 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the sports industry or working with high-profile individuals.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) for graphic design and video editing. Experience with social media management tools and automation platforms is essential.
* Expertise in managing social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and others.
* A strong commitment to accuracy and excellence in all tasks, ensuring content is free from errors and aligns with brand standards.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey messages clearly and effectively to a diverse audience.
* Strong ability to analyze data, monitor trends, and apply insights to optimize social media strategies.
* A creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and innovative content that attracts and retains audience interest.
* Amenable to working Monday to Friday between 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time (US/Canada)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with Go High Level: Knowledge of setting up automations, managing memberships, and other Go High Level functionalities.
* Experience managing social media for sports personalities or related brands.
* Ability to drive awareness and increase membership through strategic social media campaigns.
