We are currently seeking a highly skilled and Social Media Managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our social media team, overseeing various social media channels, developing strategies, analyzing engagement and data, and staying on top of social media trends.

We are currently seeking to add a highly motivated individual to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

This position will join in-house marketing team, which is a fast-paced (yet fun) culture that includes graphic designers, web developers, copywriters, videographers, social media specialists, and photographers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of social media specialists
• Develop and execute social media strategy
• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and innovations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging
• Report on key social media metrics and outcomes to management

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Social Media Manager where you led a social media team or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and best practices
• Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics
• Ability to create and execute effective social media strategies
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
