Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) -Labor & Delivery

Location : Augusta, Georgia

Shift : Full-Time, 12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Scheduled Hours : 36 hours per week, Weekend Rotation

Hourly Rate : $28.40 - $42.60 per hour

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive care for laboring mothers and newborns, demonstrating proficiency in labor and delivery practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to protect, promote, and optimize the health of patients.
• Monitor patient conditions, recognizing changes, and appropriately responding to emergency situations.
• Utilize physical, psycho-social, educational, and safety considerations in providing patient care.
• Participate in unit-based Shared Governance, attend unit meetings, and contribute ideas for improvement in nursing practices.
• Ensure safety, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency in planning and delivering nursing services.

Experience :

Qualifications :
