Job Description

We are hiring an Infrastructure IT Leader for a client in Nashville. 

• Logistics:
  • Must work onsite 3 days a week in the Nations neighborhood in Nashville 
  • 6-month contract-to-hire
  • $115-125k
  • Health insurance and 401k offered
• Qualifications:
  • Infrastructure background –understanding of system administration, network engineering, ticketing systems, and project based IT infrastructure
  • Experience with migration on-prem to Azure cloud
  • Manager or Supervisor experience
  • Soft skills: 
    • Must be able to fit into small / tight knit type of culture
    • Must be adaptable and work on multiple projects at once
• Value-add:
  • MSP background or M&A experience 
• Job overview/scope of role:
  • This client is expanding by M&A and needs an IT manager to oversee the build out of their new IT environment. This will be infrastructure focused.

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
