Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner through phone, email, and other communication channels to address inquiries, provide information, and assist with their needs.
Product Knowledge: Learn about our cutting-edge medical devices and services to effectively educate customers on their features and benefits.
Training and Development: Participate in our comprehensive training program, designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the medical device industry.
Order Processing: Facilitate order processing, including order entry, tracking, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Problem Solving: Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized customer records and data in our CRM system.
Sales Support: Work closely with our sales team to support their efforts in meeting customer needs and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Some college coursework is a plus but not required.
Experience: No prior customer service experience is necessary. We are looking for candidates with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the role.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
