About the Role:

Are you a finance professional with a passion for strategy and growth? We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Director of Finance to join our client's leadership team. In this pivotal role, you'll play a key part in shaping the company's financial future through forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. This position offers the chance to make a significant impact as you collaborate with the CEO and lead the finance department through exciting growth phases.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the CEO on strategic business planning, budgeting, and operational analysis.
Lead the annual financial planning process and rolling forecasts alongside the executive team.
Provide financial guidance to department leaders, creating and managing accurate budgeting models.
Oversee monthly financial and KPI reporting, analyzing trends in revenue, expenses, and staffing.
Ensure data integrity across financial systems, manage bookkeeping functions, and coordinate audits.
Handle customer billing, payables, and vendor relationships, including managing collections.
Develop and enhance the finance department to support the company's scaling efforts.
What You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
At least 6 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including a minimum of 2 years in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
Experience in a start-up environment, particularly within a B2B SaaS company, is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of financial theory, forecasting, and US GAAP accounting.
Data-driven mindset with advanced Excel modeling and exceptional quantitative analysis skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Experience with QuickBooks and HubSpot is a plus.
Familiarity with transaction-based revenue models is beneficial but not required.
