Digital Marketing Manager
About the Role:
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing our digital marketing strategy, aligning with our business objectives, and driving measurable growth. Your role will encompass overseeing all digital marketing activities, from lead acquisition and email marketing to SEO optimization and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aimed at enhancing brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and guide strategic decisions.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our marketing efforts innovative and effective.
Lead Acquisition:
Create and manage both paid and organic marketing campaigns across various channels (PPC, PPL, social media, SEO, SEM).
Increase website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and enhance customer acquisition.
Email Marketing:
Design and execute email marketing campaigns that engage and convert subscribers.
Use A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization to boost campaign performance.
SEO Optimization:
Lead SEO efforts to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic.
Collaborate with external vendors to manage content creation, implement SEO strategies, monitor performance, and make data-driven adjustments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with the sales team to align sales enablement efforts.
Work with product, customer success, and other internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business goals.
Performance Analysis:
Analyze marketing data to uncover trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
Provide regular reports to senior management on campaign performance, strategic recommendations, budget, and lead performance.
Innovation and Experimentation:
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Propose and test new marketing tactics to continuously evolve and improve our marketing strategy.
About You:
You are a proactive and creative digital marketing professional with a flair for crafting impactful marketing strategies. Your analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive campaign performance set you apart. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and bring a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to the team.
Experience and Skills:
4+ years of proven success in inbound marketing within the B2B SaaS sector.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on insights.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress, and HubSpot.
Creative and strategic thinking, with a knack for balancing short-term results with long-term brand building.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
