Job Overview:

The Haunt is seeking an organized and proactive Assistant Scare Actor Manager to support the Scare Actor Manager in overseeing our cast of scare actors. This role involves assisting with onboarding, scheduling, and ensuring all trails are fully staffed, making it a vital part of our Halloween event operations.

Responsibilities:

• Onboarding & Scheduling: Assist with onboarding scare actors and managing the scheduling software to ensure full coverage.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Help with checking in and checking out staff, ensuring everyone is prepared for their roles.
• Staff Coordination: Work closely with the Scare Actor Manager to ensure all trails are adequately staffed.
• Point of Contact: Act as the point of contact for scare actors during shifts, addressing any concerns or needs.

Skills Required:

• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
• Experience with scheduling software is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in event support, theater production, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
